Current Work
The establishment of the shysters Theatre Company in 1997 has been the most significant development for the company in recent years. Since then otc has supported Richard Hayhow as a director on productions involving large community casts, in which the many innovations within community play work can have an influence on mainstream theatre. For the Belgrade Theatre, Richard has directed A Midsummer Night's Dream in 2001, and co-directed The Millennium Mysteries with Teatro Biuro Podrozy and Mysteries 2003 with award-winning Irish theatre company Macnas.

otc is currently developing plans for a Coventry community play based in the Shysters working methods.
